Regular morning minyan in Langerman - breakfast in room 1 & 2. Need washing station in Karsch. Kiddush set up for 65 people in social hall please use yellow and purple tablecloths - need podium and microphone. Coffee/tea set up.

Youth Lounge - buffet table in middle of the room - table against wall under window by the kitchen with a table cloth. Table on back wall near door for drinks. Plates, utensils, cups for 25 people.

Youth Loung for about an hour

Langerman: set up by 8:30 am - lights, ac and microphone on. Projector screen on bimah in front of Ark. Projector on cart with long extension cord. 20 red chairs set up 8 by 4 by 8 like during practice. First 2 rows on both sides reserved for children. Door between ballroom and Langerman open. In social hall 4 long table with cloths against mirror wall near kitchen entrance for coffee/tea, apple juice, water, small plates, utensils for 180 people. Microphone for diploma ceremony near hallway door. 15 tables with 12 chairs around the room - center of room empty.
